Mr. David Bird

 

The Forensic Psychology Agency was established in 2003 by Mr. David Bird, who had previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS from 1987 and as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist from 1992.  

 

He also established an expert witness service in 1992 and since that time he has provided over 13,000 reports in personal injury cases.

Dr. Helen Marshall

 

David was joined in the Agency by Dr. Helen Marshall, who has gained significant experience in providing expert witness psychology reports since 2019. Dr Marshall holds The Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Civil Certificate (2021). She also continues to work within the NHS.

Dr Ben Laskey

 

Dr Laskey has worked in NHS services in Suffolk, Manchester, Salford and Cornwall and for the Universities of Manchester and Exeter. He is a member of the British Psychological Society's divisions of Clinical and Health Psychology and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. He has a special interest in anxiety and has published in International academic journals and presented at national conferences. He has worked as an expert witness for the Courts for over 14 years and has completed several thousand Personal Injury assessments.
